The use of Arithmo’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, SDK, or any proprietary "Agent" services is governed by separate agreements, such as a Master Services Agreement, Design Partner Agreement, or Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Privacy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at arithmo.io/privacy-policy. This policy details our collection, use, and security of Personal Data.

2. Use Restrictions
Content Definition "Content" refers to all materials provided through the Site, including but not limited to images, mathematical models, "distilled agents," articles, reports, and technical benchmarks.
Prohibited Actions You represents and warrants that you shall not, and shall not facilitate any third party to:
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software, code, or "adapter memory engine" logic used to provide the Site.
- Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to "scrape," "crawl," or data-mine the Content.
- Explicitly Prohibited: Attempt to extract, proprietary mathematical optimizations, or use the Site’s Content to "distill" or train competing machine learning models.
- Circumvent or disable security-related features or digital rights management functions.
- Use the Site or Content for any commercial purposes without express written authorization from Arithmo.
- Remove, alter, or conceal any copyright, trademark (including the Arithmo "raccoon" logo), or other proprietary notices.

You acknowledge that Arithmo’s value is derived from its unique, mathematically superior linear-algebra-based optimizations and that no license to such intellectual property is granted herein.
Feedback If you provide any questions, comments, suggestions, or reports regarding Arithmo’s architecture or services ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to Arithmo all intellectual property rights in such Feedback and waive any moral rights you may have therein. Arithmo may use Feedback at its sole discretion for any purpose, including model refinement, without compensation or obligation to you.
Aggregated Data Any anonymous or aggregated information derived from the use of the Site is the exclusive property of Arithmo and may be used for research, benchmarks, and service improvements.
5. Disclaimers and Warranty
"As-Is" and "As-Available" The Site and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Arithmo does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that access will be continuous.
Informational Purposes and Performance Metrics The technical information on this Site—including descriptions of our linear-algebra-based architecture—is for informational purposes only.
All benchmark figures and performance claims displayed on this Site are provided for illustrative and informational purposes based on specific internal benchmarks. These figures do not constitute a guarantee of performance for your specific use case. Actual results may vary based on model size, prompt complexity, and hardware configuration.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, ARITHMO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Third-Party Services and Links The Site’s availability is dependent on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform and Nvidia). Arithmo is not liable for any service interruptions caused by these providers or for the content of any third-party links found on the Site.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Arithmo Group and its respective personnel from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Site or Content; or (iii) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. Arithmo reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARITHMO.IO LTD. AND THE ARITHMO GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS INFORMATIONAL SITE.
THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED A CUMULATIVE AMOUNT OF USD $50.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction The competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site.

Assignment Arithmo may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party (including in connection with a merger or acquisition). You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Relationship Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Arithmo.io Ltd.
